These Terms govern your use of the products operated by PINDOM LLC B, including hihihi (hihihi.ai) and Peachy (getpeachy.org). By using a product, you agree to these Terms.
Our products provide an AI personal assistant you reach by text message and voice on a dedicated phone number. The assistant generates responses automatically and may not always be accurate.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
The assistant is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice, and it is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or a crisis line.
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass or harm others, or to send unsolicited messages through it. You are responsible for the content you submit.
Paid plans, where offered, are described and managed within the applicable product at sign-up. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to text messages.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PINDOM LLC B is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
