This Messaging Policy describes the SMS text-messaging programs operated by PINDOM LLC B for its products hihihi (hihihi.ai) and Peachy (getpeachy.org).
When you sign up, you receive your own AI personal assistant on a dedicated phone number. Messages you may receive include:
You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS-consent box on our sign-up form — the "say hi" flow at hihihi.ai/say-hi (or the equivalent sign-up for Peachy). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We send messages only to numbers that have opted in, and only after that consent is given.
Because your assistant is conversational, message frequency varies and recurs based on how you interact with it.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email support@pindom.xyz.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
