Contact information — the mobile phone number you provide when you sign up.
Messages and calls — the text messages and voice calls you exchange with your AI assistant, so it can respond and remember context you ask it to keep.
Usage information — basic technical and interaction data needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

to operate your AI assistant and respond to you;
to send the text messages you have opted into (see our Messaging Policy);
to provide support and to keep the service secure and reliable.

We do not sell or share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Mobile information — your phone number and your SMS opt-in and consent — is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the product (such as our telephony and AI infrastructure providers), under contract and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

Data retention and security

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your choices

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request access to, or deletion of, your information by emailing support@pindom.xyz.

Children

Our products are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
